PTFE Extruded Rod

There are 3 kind of PTFE rod. Diameter 4-9 mm rod was made of 100% PTFE by paste extrusion processing; diameter 10-50 mm was made by great use Teflon resin suspended by the plunger extrusion processing; diameter more than 50 mm is made by molded process.

In the known plastic, PTFE has the most excellent chemical resistance and dielectric performance, non-aging, not sticky, in no load cases it may be used at -180℃～+260℃, in known solid material it has minimum friction coefficient.
